About Reflections Landscape & Construction

Reflections Landscape & Construction in Sammamish, WA was founded and is directed by Jeff Skierka. Inspired by the design philosophy of Frank Lloyd Wright, that every home should be in harmony with the architecture of the home, and the characteristic elements of the property while fitting the lifestyle needs of the family in equal consideration for all design choices. This connection should flow throughout every part of the home inside and out.  Reflections Landscaping & Construction offers a unique business model that can design and build every aspect of Landscape and Construction. His wife Monica joined the company  in 2014 and brings the same commitment  to excellence in both design and administrative duties.

Our design process is a highly interactive partnership with our clients, involving multiple on-site meetings and brainstorming sessions. All options are put on the table and evaluated based on the benefits and costs associated with these ideas. Tours are also arranged of past projects so that the ideas being discussed are fully visualized. This ensures that the end product is never a regretted one. Additionally, this allows customers to not only see how it looks when completed but also how it will look in 5, 10, or even 20 plus years.

With a plan in place, the project can be scheduled for an all-at-once endeavor or phased out over time. It also allows for clients to participate in some of the work themselves while still maintaining professional design and construction quality.

This philosophy has fostered long-term relationships for Reflections Landscape & Construction, which extend both inside and outside the home and, in many cases, across multiple homes when our clients move from one home to another.

The Reflections team is a combination of both employees and subcontractors who undergo background checks and must follow a signed "Codes of Conduct" agreement. This ensures that the stress commonly associated with construction projects is minimized. We also believe that more than being in the construction industry, we are first and foremost in the communication business.
